Buildable inside outside bar
A great looking shot of a steel building bar and grill.
It has a remnant of a campground feel with a touch of the outside and nature. A place where you can bring your family or stop buy with some chicken wings and a drink, watching the game.
Indoor seating on the left, in the back right, the kitchen. There would be a pass-through window from the kitchen to the outside bar.
Need probably $10,000 for the building, and need the 1-2 acres of land for less than $10,000. The floor will be made of standard wood flooring.
Depending on how far away the utilities are about $500 to $10,000
Business Licence, Beer License - don't need a liquor licence. Food Licence.
and then all the decor, tables, chairs a bar, if possible, just regular parking on the grass, enough for about 20-40 cars, landscaping.
I will have about 4 employees: a cook, a bartender, 2 wait staff.
So just need the right amount of money, land and a little bit of luck to get started.
